Senior Manager, Enterprise Markets

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JUUL Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Markets for its rapidly scaling business in San Francisco. You will bring proven expertise in sourcing and delivering material partnership agreements. In this role, you will work with the leadership across the company—sales, marketing, public relations, digital, scientific affairs, regulatory, product, and strategic finance—to strengthen JUUL’s position in the marketplace. Your work will directly drive top line performance for the company. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create short and long-term strategies, identifying, quantifying, validating, and executing adjacent and white space opportunities that strengthen market position and align with JUUL brand and business growth objectives
  • Build key relationships, crafting our message and working to build a cohort of partners that understand and embrace JUUL’s mission of harm reduction through innovative technology
  • Increase JUUL’s awareness and market penetration through partnerships and collaborations with key local to national organizations serving key verticals; cultivate deep relationships with third-party advocates to source and negotiate partnerships or collaborations with key stakeholder groups in order meet JUUL’s strategic and financial objectives
  • Collaborate with teams across the company such as Regulatory and Scientific Affairs, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to assess market conditions and to ensure successful execution

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5+ years of multidisciplinary management experience, including direct experience in business development
  • Experience building and leading organizations responsible for delivering across multiple projects/initiatives
  • Deep functional understanding spanning finance, sales, product, marketing, supply chain, e-commerce, and regulatory/legal
  • Exceptional verbal presentation and written communication skills; ability to appropriately share information and ideas with various groups (i.e., partners, colleagues, senior management)
  • Bonus: experience or expertise in the CPG industry
  • Bonus: working knowledge of regulated substances and/or nicotine regulatory environment

  • Proven ability to recognize industry change, develop understanding of long-term implications, and deliver recommended strategies for new business opportunities
  • High degree of organization and experience working with multiple teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with many different internal and external constituencies
  • Flexibility and ability to manage and excel in a fast-paced, unstructured environment

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA and/or advanced degree in a scientific discipline preferred
