Of a Key Account manager, reporting to National key account head Russia is to:

  • Actively participate in building company long term strategy to ensure JUUL proposition is adult smokers’ first choice & strong relevance while eliminating cigarettes
  • Define precise market opportunity and develop customer strategy for Russia market strategic to deliver company mission to improve the lives of the world’s one billion adult smokers
  • Manage national tobacco, impulse and vape customers / chains as well as important local trade partners
  • Take full responsibility for a number of national key accounts, take part in developing cooperation with other national accounts
  • Responsibility for customer and area P&L to the level of ROI
  • Close cooperation with field sales, marketing and trade-marketing teams in delivering company sales targets
  • Deliver given monthly / yearly targets through managing sales dedicated customers
  • Follow Commercial Policy and implement consistent Trade Terms condition system for all direct and indirect customers
  • Build strong and professional external relationship and gain preferred position among all customers
  • Forecasting sales volume in line with company systems and routines.
  • Cross functional cooperation with field sales team, trade-marketing, marketing, supply chain and customer service - Build effective cooperation with internal clients to achieve high level of organizational effectiveness
  • Implementing and coordinate projects and sales support activities


Education: Higher education

Work experience:

3-5 relevant work experience in min. FMCG companies on KAM teams positions

  • Very strong analytical skills
  • Forecasting and customer P&L experience
  • Building effective customer relationship
  • Perfect communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Pro-active creativity in building solutions
  • Flexible approach

Foreign languages:

English – Upper-Intermediate
