Marketing Analyst will be responsible for Product Specialists’ database processing, searching and fixing issues, creation of reports reflecting ambassadors work effectiveness, trials and switching analysis.

Will analyze SIS sales results, promo-uplift. Will make regular reporting, participate in tools launching for ambassador’s questionnaire, prepare presentation with the results of analysis, conclusions and ways of development.

He/She will be responsible for following areas:

  • Preparing market data and competitive analysis based on the various external and internal data Sources
  • Control Product Specialists’ data filling and fixing issues, collaboration with PS team
  • Creation standards and forms of regular ambassador’s reporting
  • Participation in CRM project providing managers with all necessary data
  • Preparing regular presentations and ad-hoc analysis
  • SIS launch and sales analysis
  • Being responsible for generating regular BA and SIS and sharing them with Commercial Team
  • Key insights searching – analysis by channels, outlets, conversion from different brands
  • Research of active user base (consumer profile, gender split in conversion etc.)
  • Active participation in Key findings routines or other meetings, which aim will be to build fact-based company culture


  • 4+ years of data analysis (Sales analyst, Market research specialist, Business intelligence specialist)

  • Strong analytical skills and diligence

  • PowerPoint – advanced user. Ability to reflect key trends on charts, to make conclusions and give recommendations

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, All types of matching formulas, formulas of conditions, ability to combine several types of formulas), VBA is advantage

  • Experience in market research and on-line questionnaires' data analysis

  • Ability to suggest new approaches of data analysis

  • Deep understanding market trends and market research

  • Experience in Nielsen research reading and using

  • Good communication & presentation skills

  • Ability to understand complex problems and design solution approaches

  • Skills in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from several sources

  • Ability to react appropriately under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Experience in cooperation with different departments, participation in cross-functional projects (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
