Job responsibilities
- Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy
- Enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs
- Design, build and deploy (SAP based ERP) solutions
- Lead analysis and design in the (SAP FI/CO) area, conducting testing with users and ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements
- Work with application, data, business processes, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
- Participate in Requirement Analysis and Review with developers, business analysts, project managers and business users
- Communicate customer concerns and requirements with the internal teams to resolve gaps and/or issues
- Document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making
- Strong experience, with full life cycle (SAP FI) including integration of (SAP FI / CO) and Special ledger applications
- Strong experience with (SAP S4 HANA) Finance modules in an Agile environment is a must
- Experience in Life Cycle Implementations and roll outs with (SAP FI Master data management GL, Customer, Vendor, Fixed Assets, etc.)
- Knowledge in (SAP FI) activities pertaining to General Ledger Accounting & Reporting
- Good understanding of (SAP) Accounts Payables & Account Receivables pertaining to Bank Payments (Customer and Vendor)
- Deep understanding of customizations for (SAP FI) module
- Expert experience with (SAP FI) customized reporting, testing, roll outs, and upgrades
- Experience working with Functional Specifications with (FSD for FI) for related developments
- Solid knowledge on (SAP FI) backend tables & initial debugging skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in preparation of (Trial Balance, P&L Account and Balance Sheet)
- Experience with archiving methodologies and integration with (IL)
- Experience in (SAP S4 Hana) within a very large Finance or Banking Agile technology environment
- Exposure to (SAP) Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) and (New GL Accounting)
