Job Summary
As a Quality Specialist within the Collateral CoE, you ensure loan documents meet QC standards. You perfect liens, index documents, and capture metadata. You also pledge loans to FRBNY, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review loan document quality
- Perfect liens and index documents
- Capture FRBNY, Core, and Business metadata
- Pledge loans to FRBNY
- Manage production workflow
- Review EOD checks
- Recommend procedural changes
- Cascade process updates to team
- Ensure resiliency plans
- Identify productivity and quality issues
- Communicate effectively with team and partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a Bachelor/Master's Degree with minimum 2 years of experience
- Demonstrate customer service experience
- Exhibit documentation and QC experience in banking
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Solve problems and make decisions independently
- Research and respond to business queries
- Participate in process improvements
- Interact effectively with bank personnel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Work with limited supervision
- Collaborate in a team environment
- Adapt to night shifts
- Utilize MS-office applications
- Apply QC tools and analytics knowledge
