As a Team Leader in Operations, you will lead a team of 10-20 staff members, providing guidance and motivation to achieve desired business outcomes. You will ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and HR policies while managing workflow and reporting to the Process Manager. Your role will involve reviewing staffing and volume trends to optimize capacity utilization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coach individual performance and provide feedback to staff.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to staff.
- Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, and HR policies.
- Manage workflow, accountability of tasks, and timely report submission.
- Work on shifting schedules and additional hours as needed.
- Provide overall supervision and leadership to staff.
- Review staffing and volume trends for optimum capacity utilization.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in operations or a similar environment.
- Excellent people management skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to make decisions, organize, set priorities, and implement procedures.
- Ability to meet deadlines, maintain quality control, and manage time-critical operations.
- Proven ability to motivate, direct, and lead staff consistently with equitable decisions.
- Knowledge and experience in a production, manufacturing, or data processing environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in a fast-paced operations environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
