As an Employee & Client Experience Lead (Vice President) in our Asset and Wealth Management Finance & Business Management team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering key initiatives to optimize business performance for International Private Bank clients. You will be responsible for partnering across functional areas-including Control Management, Compliance, Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Data Governance, and Technology-to ensure business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations and policies.

Our Business Management team acts as trusted advisors to Business and Group Heads, identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks. You will play a pivotal role in advising senior management and coordinating the deployment of the bank's corporate resources to address both strategic and tactical objectives, contributing to the overall success of the Asset and Wealth Management line of business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets independently, applying advanced analytical skills to produce key metrics and presentations for senior management with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data analyses by proactively taking ownership, solving problems, and making decisions to drive project success.
  • Communicate complex data findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align insights with business objectives.
  • Utilize Qualtrics to design surveys, collect data, and conduct analyses that provide actionable insights into customer experiences and feedback.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic priorities, engaging with global stakeholders to address challenges and implement best practices.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve business processes, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain operational integrity.
  • Lead multiple projects to ensure timely completion, building strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitating effective communication.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Educational and Professional Background: Holds a Bachelor's/Master's degree with over 12 years of relevant experience, having experience in client survey, employee/ client relationship experience or related background.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Qualtrics, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and Advanced Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and survey design.
  • Leadership and Results Orientation: Proven leadership abilities with a track record of delivering results on time, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication and Synthesis: Strong communication skills with the ability to synthesize work into executive summaries and reports, effectively conveying complex information.
  • Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Organized approach to controls and risk management, with a proactive attitude and ability to provide value-added support to business partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Structured problem-solving skills with proficiency in detailed analytics and issue identification, enhancing reporting processes using BI tools.
  • Business Acumen and Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong business acumen and technical literacy, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and understand market trends.
  • Leadership and Adaptability: Proven experience in business and project management, with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
