As a Card Collections Litigation Vendor Manager within our Card Collections Litigation team, you will directly oversee internal team efforts and manage relationships with external collections litigation attorneys. You will collaborate with various partners to ensure quality control and process improvement, while presenting performance results to senior leaders. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence and innovation within the firm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal team efforts and manage multi-million dollar relationships with external collections litigation attorneys.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Legal Third Party Oversight, and Operations partners in areas like pre-charge-off Collections, post-charge-off Collections, and Fraud.
- Understand the company's execution of Sworn Documents for litigation cases, ensuring a commitment to Quality Control.
- Travel periodically to JPMC locations and third-party attorney firms to strengthen partnerships and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Present results and updates for the Attorney Network to peers and senior leaders, demonstrating oversight of financial results, customer experience, and controls.
- Collaborate with Product and IT teams to implement innovative solutions, leveraging AI to enhance processes, valuing willingness to learn and apply AI tools.
- Exhibit a background in operations management, with time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, navigating ambiguity with confidence and a desire to lead and develop others.

- Experience in operations management specifically successfully managing or supporting collections or litigation.
- Skilled in analyzing complex data to inform decisions.
- Effective communicator, able to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- This role requires working in the office five days a week.
