Drive the Future is an internship program opportunity for Brazil university students. Apply below if you are PWD /PCD and would like to be considered for any of our internship roles!

Join our dynamic Drive the Future Brazil internship program and kick start your career while pursuing your university studies. This Internship Program is open to Brazil university students halfway through their degree and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience. No prior work experience is needed.

We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!

Required Qualifications:

  • University students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or related courses.


  • Graduation expected in Dec 2027 or later.


  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).


  • Available to work 6h per day (30h/week) from 9hs-16hs or 10hs-17hs (with 1h lunch break).


  • Available to work in person 5 days per week at our São Paulo Office (Itaim Bibi) located at Av Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 3729.


  • Full-time students (curso Integral) are not eligible to apply except if you have completed a minimum number of credits and you are in the final year of your studies.


  • Students from universities outside the São Paulo Metropolitan area are not eligible to apply unless they have completed a minimum number of credits and live within a commutable distance from the office. Students should confirm their universities specific criteria before applying.


  • Interest in pursuing careers within: Front Office, Corporate, Finance & Operations or Technology internship roles.

What's next on the Recruiting process?
  • Application: Click 'Apply' and complete your application prior to December 24th.
  • Video interview: If you meet the eligibility criteria, you will be invited to record a video interview via HireVue by December 24th. Please note: answers must be in English and completing this step is mandatory to proceed with your application. We recommend completing it within 48 hours of receiving the email invite. HireVue will allow you to prepare and practice prior to completing the video interview.
  • Business interviews: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email notification, along with the job description of the Front Office internship role(s) they are being considered for. Business interviews are going to happen in person or over a zoom meeting during the month of January.
  • Selected candidates: finalists will be notified by January 15th.
  • Onboarding process and Internship Contract elaboration: Feb/ 2026.
  • Start date: March 9th.
  • Reminders:

    • To apply for positions designated to people with disabilities (PcDs) in Brazil, the medical report will be required during the recruiting process.
