Job Description:

Join our innovative AI/ML Solutions team to lead the transformation of AI/ML capabilities across Consumer and Community Banking (CCB). We offer a dynamic environment that encourages career growth and fosters innovation.

As the Head of Strategy, Solutions Consulting, and Business Enablement for AI/ML Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic AI/ML platform features for CCB. You will work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that align with business goals and user needs, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the delivery of multiple initiatives with significant cross-functional, cross-product, and cross-line of business impacts.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management Team to align on priorities and provide updates on delivery progress.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize solutions to complex problems, synthesizing findings into customer-focused recommendations, business cases, and action plans.
  • Present solutions to business partners and senior management, adapting communication style for diverse audiences and management levels.
  • Think strategically and tactically in an initiative leadership role, ensuring clear communication of initiative objectives and providing regular progress updates.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic initiative management or a similar role.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience.
  • Foundational understanding of consumer business fundamentals, including P&Ls and business cases.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML methods and tooling, such as Amazon Bedrock and Databricks.
  • Highly effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, influencing, and networking skills.
  • Experience working in an agile operating environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers.
