The Neuromonitoring Field support manager's primary responsibility is to educate and sell into the neurophysiology space

You will expand Sentio revenues via expansion of surgeon users through engagement of DePuy Synthes Sales Consultants.

Support company wide objectives via integration with implant & biologics sales strategies.

Deliver technical training on nerve health products to sales teams, and OR staff.

Support first cases with new surgeon users and sales teams in the operating room.

Support regional tradeshows, periodically, providing highly professional and technically competent representation of the nerve health products.

Assist in expanded technology fielding, to include support for field training of new technologies, and collection of information for studies on new technologies.

Qualifications

Requirements/Demonstrated Skills

Bachelor's degree required, with demonstrated background in medical/scientific field, to include 5+ years experience.

Understanding of basic surgical requirements & clinical knowledge of case flow in the OR.

Ability to lift 54 lbs. in and out of the back of a vehicle

Competent in Excel, Word, and PPT

Must have demonstrated sales success

Must have strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to quickly build trust toward developing revenue producing relationships and agreement; follow up skills are key

Requires 50%+ travel, demands flexibility in schedule. May require international travel from time to time.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Technical background, with demonstrated ability to learn neurophysiology principles and how they apply to surgical decision-making.

Success in contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and long-term engagement-to-conversion of customers

Accustomed to working from home-office environment, with ability to self-manage daily tasks to completion.

Former automated neurophysiolgy sales a plus

Should have reasonable access to a major metropolitan airport
