This is also a great opportunity to demonstrate Cisco IPT engineering expertise to ensure our existing premise-based environment is compliant, secure, and capable of integrating with Cloud Voice services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide new hardware and configuration standards for the on-premise Cisco IPT environment to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.
  • Transform from premise-based Cisco IPT to cloud voice solutions.
  • Build and communicate service strategy, technology and service roadmaps, while providing continuous improvement for the user experience. Conduct technology lifecycle management for Voice services.
  • Collaborate with technology and business colleagues to understand business priorities and service needs, for both Voice and Contact Center capabilities.
  • Streamline, consolidate, and replicate the global dialing plan between premise-based and cloud Voice to reduce human error and simply inter-cluster dialing patterns.
  • Investigate new technologies, creative solutions, and implement automation to drive continuous improvement of the service.
  • Lead large, complex programs and projects through the full lifecycle in accordance with relevant Project Management, System Development Lifecycle and Quality methodologies.
  • Lead all aspects of project budget and schedules, track, monitor, report and resolve issues, risks, decisions, assumptions and dependencies.
  • Communicate within technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop, and present information to multiple levels and audiences.


Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • A minimum of 10 years leading complex / global IT programs; 5 years of proven experience in service ownership of Voice or Collaboration services
  • Must have hands-on experience in Cisco IPT and Cloud voice technologies.
  • Deep technical knowledge and past experience in multiple technical subject areas: Collaboration, Networking, Voice over IP, Contact Center technologies, Session Border Controllers, Operating Systems, Security, computing hardware and software is required.
  • Experience delivering programs with an agile methodology. Is persuasive and influential with an ability to elicit alignment from a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with the ITIL framework preferred.
  • Superb communication skills (oral, business writing, presentation and active listening).
  • Strong end-user focus and service orientation.
  • Proven thought leadership in technology innovation and adoption.
  • Ability to navigate and produce results in a global organization.
  • Ability to tackle problems and think creatively about technology solutions to satisfy a business or program need.

Anticipated Salary Range: $93,000-$139,000

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
