Finance Manager, Service Performance and Costing

The Finance Manager, Service Performance and Costing will be responsible for providing finance leadership in the management of the J&J IT Infrastructure product and service portfolio which includes product/service costing, strategic pricing, new product development, and cost modeling. The role supports approximately $1Bn in infrastructure services and our cost management strategy with the various infrastructure leaders managing the IT business.
•Leading the development and execution of product/service costing practices across all products and services
•Leading the execution of cost and price planning
•Managing the global IT finance management practices in the execution of annual plans
•Leading the IT Finance team in partnership with the business in Service Performance activities (i.e., Product and Service P&L's)
•Lead strategic vendor strategies and new product/service development, including cost modeling
•Lead data modeling and IT Financial management processes, tools and business interfaces
•Organization and Talent Development: 2-3 Direct reports; global leadership across finance team of approximately 20 professionals
•Collaborate with IT Finance Leadership, the regional and global IT Finance teams and the ITGTS organization in support of the business
•Actively lead one or more IT Finance Organizational Health activities such as recruiting, mentoring, diversity and training.
•This position will report to the IT Sr. Finance Director - Global Technology Services and is part of the J&J-wide Finance Organization.
•A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
•Advanced degree, MBA, CMA, CPA or other financial certification is preferred.
•IT finance background is preferred.
•Product costing, strategic pricing experience is preferred.
•Experience with tools such as Digital Fuel, Apptio, Tableau, Qlik, is preferred.
•Knowledge of IT Finance in any of the following areas (infrastructure operations, application development and support services, IT pricing, billing and IT financial management systems is preferred.
•A minimum of 8 years of business experience is required.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience at the Manager level is required.
•Process driven individual who is able to excel in a fast-past environment and problem solve is required.
•Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success.
•People development and talent management experience is required.
•Strong to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel in particular is required.
