The successful candidate will support drug discovery and early development efforts as a member of the DMPK team. This individual will be primarily responsible for analytical LC/MS/MS method development and troubleshooting, small molecule quantitation in various matrices from in vitro ADME studies (e.g., plasma protein binding and blood to plasma ratio), and data analysis. Other key aspects of this role include supporting LC/MS/MS method development and troubleshooting for in vitro ADME assays where highly sensitive detection methods are essential and assisting with the maintenance of LC/MS/MS equipment. Additionally, this person will be expected to independently conduct and improve upon established in vitro ADME assays, develop and validate new assays and be responsible to report data to discovery project teams.

Qualifications

· B.S. with 12 years or M.S. with 8 years of relevant industry experience which includes quantitative bioanalysis of biological samples from in vitro ADME studies (metabolic stability, drug-drug interactions, protein binding etc.) is required.

· Strong technical expertise in bioanalysis using LC-MS/MS systems and relevant computer software (Analyst, WinNonlin/Phoenix etc.) preferred.

· Experience with carrying out in vitro ADME assays would be a plus.

· Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral/written communication and teamwork skills are required.
