Join a team of dedicated technicians and engineers developing electronic hardware and software to enable space flight system testing. We are looking for a senior systems engineer to help define, plan, and coordinate construction and delivery of custom electronic hardware and software to simulate space flight environments for both subsystem and system level testing. In this role you will be a content account manager responsible for deliveries from multiple hardware and software subsystem teams. You will collaborate with multi-disciplined professionals that have backgrounds in software, firmware, and hardware development.

As a Test Environment Lead ...

  • Define the program test environment requirements
  • Identify the test environment types or phases required for the program
  • Identify Ground Support Equipment (GSE), testbeds, and components for each test environment type or phase
  • Coordinate the test environment across phases and levels of testing
  • Control Account Manager (CAM)

Qualifications

You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's of Science in Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or related degree
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in systems engineering, testing, or electronics development, preferably for space applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the development of complex engineering systems, including managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
  • Experience in systems integration, requirements development, and verification & validation of systems
  • Willing and able to work in a clean room environment and support extended work day hours
  • Are able to obtain a TS/SCI level security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

You'll go above and beyond our minimum requirements if you...

  • Master's of Science Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace/Systems Engineering
  • Previous work experience in developing systems for space applications
  • Experience with Earn Value Management accounting
