Group Office Administrator

The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory (APL), a national leader in scientific research and development, is located midway between Baltimore and Washington, DC is seeking an energetic, dynamic and resourceful Group Office Administrator.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, English, or other related discipline. Current Secret clearance. Experienced in APL practices and procedures, with knowledge of APL and NISPOM security procedures and policies, and APL travel policies. Experience working with online business and financial tools. Experience in providing administrative and security support for closed area facilities, and in developing and monitoring security procedures. Demonstrated independent problem-solving capability.

Security: Applicant selected will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship.

Gianni works on the design, modeling, and simulation of low- to high-fidelity radar projects for the lab. He also conducts tests to evaluate new technologies.
