Jive Software is looking for a talented and experienced Quality Engineering manager.

The position includes leading, mentoring and managing a team of both manual QA and automation developers. 

Work in close collaboration with all of the company's different divisions: R&D, product and Field

Implement best-practices for both Automation QA and Manual QA methodologies.


  • At least 3 year experience in managing automation developers as well as manual QA
  • At least 3 years experience as QA Automation developer in Java – a must
  • Experience developing API Automation - a must
  • Experience working with Jenkins - a must
  • Excellent written and verbal English - a must


  • Experience developing Automation tools using Selenium – a big advantage
  • Experience in defining and configuring  Selenium grid - a big advantage
