As Quality Engineer you'll play a critical role in delivering the market-leading social software platform for the enterprise. In this role you will be responsible for the quality and Release lifecycle of various Jive products. You’ll actively engage with Dev, Product Management and Customer Support to achieve your goals. You'll have the distinct pleasure of being a hero to Jive's customers as you improve the product based on their feedback.  This role is based in Israel. 


  • Perform thorough functional analysis for several Jive products, involving various platforms and technologies, ranging from on-prem backend systems to integration web services , front-end solutions and native mobile applications.
  • Design test strategies and plans, working closely with Dev and Dev-Test engineers.
  • Perform manual testing cycles, aggregate results and report to the relevant functions in Engineering.
  • Collaborating with other Quality Engineering teams around the globe. 


  • 2+ years of experience in QA, preferably on Enterprise applications.
  • Experience with DB testing and use of SQL.
  • Experience with web server, app servers, monitoring.
  • Experience with network-based testing (sniffing tools, proxy tools, etc).
