Senior Product Marketing Manager

Welcome to Jetty — a new fintech company that is giving renters easier and more affordable access to rental homes, while helping property managers drive occupancy, reduce costs, and streamline operations.
As we continue to scale the business, we are looking for a strategically focused Senior Product Marketing Manager to help empower our Sales and Partner Success teams. In this important new role, you will manage the creation and deployment of collateral and training materials that will help us acquire, onboard and retain customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop collateral and materials our G2M teams need to understand and sell Jetty products
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their challenges and collateral needs
- Own competitive positioning and associated collateral
- Work with our in-house design team to bring content to life
- Support the development and delivery of Sales and Partner Success playbooks
- Ensure all G2M materials are aligned with our core brand positioning
- Develop continuous learning programs for G2M teams to ensure consistency of messaging and approach
- Conduct ongoing funnel analysis in conjunction with our Revenue Operations team to inform priorities
- Develop materials to support onboarding programs for new G2M hires
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within a high-growth B2B organization
- Ability to break down and present complex problems in a simplified way
- Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
- Data-driven thinker able to use metrics and to inform tactical priorities
- Highly organized and comfortable project managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Energized by collaborating with different teams and personalities
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot a plus
- Motivated by fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
