Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Position Summary:
The Payroll and Benefits Administrator provides support to the Human Resources and Finance team. In this role, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator acts as a confidential agent on all matters as it relates to the business of iVision.
Responsibilities:
• Bi-weekly Payroll - Employee & Affiliate
• Produce ADP reporting when requested
• Manage W2s (distribution, filing, etc.)
• Monthly benefits audit from all carriers
• FSA Non-discrimination testing

• Process STD/LTD/FMLA claims
• Compliance and Tax Audits - 401k, 1094, 1095, 5500, etc.
• Performance Reviews - process payments/Docusign/uploading/etc.
• Run Benefits Open Enrollment
• Wellness Program Administrator
• Assist with employee claims
• COBRA administration
• Process manual payments (severance checks, etc.)
• Manage HR expenses
• COVID Updates
• Manage vacation program
• Payroll integration for acquisitions
• Familiarity with multiple types of taxation and different treatment between states (unemployment, withholding, sales and use tax)
• Filing 1099s and 1099 Requirements
• Communicating with government entities for labor or revenue services
• Experience with subsidiary reporting
Requirements:
- 3 -5 years' experience supporting HR and/or Finance
- Proficient MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
- ADP (Workforce Now) and NetSuite experience a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Excellent communication skills - verbally and written
- Work independently and collaboratively to accomplish goals and objectives within deadlines
- Follow company policies, procedures, and professional best practices
