The ideal candidate for this position will have expert-level knowledge with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Data Center networks, UCS, and WAN and LAN environments. A candidate that also has a solid foundation with Security, VPNs, and/or SDN is preferred. This is a full-time opportunity with a rapidly growing technology solutions integrator in Atlanta, known for its success in delivering end-user computing and private cloud solutions to medium enterprises. Responsibilities for the role will include post-sales activities to deliver new Cisco product/services and project-based consulting services for strategic customer implementations.


  • Minimum of 4 years implementing and integrating network solutions in in Datacenter environments
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in networking
  • Experience with Cisco UCS including deployment, configuration, and service profiles
  • Experience with VMware required
  • Experience with fibre-channel, FCoE, and related technologies is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Cisco Nexus Network hardware
  • Route/Switch knowledge with a focus on Cisco products and operating systems including NX-OS (IOS, IOS-XE, NXOS)
  • Experience with including ISR/ASR routers and Catalyst switches
  • L2 knowledge of Spanning Tree and related technologies
  • L3 Knowledge that includes BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, DMVPN and related technologies
  • Knowledge of implementing Advanced Network features including but not limited to WCCP, HSRP, and related technologies is a plus
  • Understanding of Quality of Service issues in Enterprise networks and Datacenters
  • Experience with Cisco ASA firewalls is a plus
  • Strong project delivery skills and communications skills
  • Strong written and documentation skills, and ability to author professional design documentation (Visio, Word, etc.) as well as customer demonstrations and proposals.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel up to 35%
  • Prior consulting experience required
  • Fundamental knowledge of voice is helpful

  • CCNA: Route/Switch
  • Any Cisco specialty certifications
  • Any certifications from F5, Riverbed or Citrix
