About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced leader to manage key programs commercializing new platforms and products. This individual will lead large scale, highly complex and business critical programs by providing overall leadership, vision, direction and structure to a cross-functional program team.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Leads cross-functional team to ensure planning, execution and deployment of critical programs in a timely manner
  • Orchestrates activities across the organization, spanning development, product management, business intelligence, manufacturing, clinical operations, customer care, marketing, and sales.
  • Develops and monitors goals, KPIs and metrics for program phases, ensuring organizational readiness before advancing to each phase
  • Evaluates program risks and potential obstacles, proactively applying mitigations to ensure smooth progress
  • Takes ownership of overarching program schedule, understanding key dependencies, critical paths and resource sufficiency
  • Partners with cross-functional leaders to ensure appropriate resources are allocated, with accurate scoping of effort
  • Accountable for program success; routinely reports program status to executive team and functional leadership

About you:

You are an experienced leader in program management with the following background:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a leadership position requiring broad pan-organizational cross-functional collaboration and coordination, with 10+ years of professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a program management or project management capacity in the medical device or services industry, ideally with a demonstrated record of taking new products to successful launches
  • Experience managing a hardware program through transfer to manufacturing
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling strong alignment with partners and navigation of conflict constructively
  • Efficient and effective communication and presentation abilities, with ability to tailor approach to best reach intended audience
  • Solutions-oriented strategic thinker who can easily identify high-priority, high-impact activities
  • Experience coordinating large teams through complex efforts with many intertwined dependencies; can navigate uncertainty with agility and maintains appropriate forward momentum with strong core team engagement
