Sr. Associate, Paid Social

Overview

The Sr. Associate, Paid Social is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of Paid Social performance, campaign strategies and analysis, strategic development and executions of Paid Social campaigns, ensuring that all strategic recommendations and implementations are delivered to the client on time and are of the highest quality.

 

This role is responsible for leading, creating and managing Paid Social campaigns, analyzing performance to formulate strategies, selection of landing pages, strategic audience segmentation, and optimization of bids and budget allocation based on both performance and client budget. The Senior Associate collaborates closely with the channel team to ensure that all analytics and reporting are clear, and communicated effectively to the client. 

 

This role requires experience in Paid Social, driving campaigns that meet clients’ KPIs and makes a measurable impact on their business. This position plays an integral role within the channel  and account teams and provides project expertise to clients, partners and other external audiences. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, manage and execute Paid Social campaigns, including but not limited to strategy development,  account setup, organization, and management; which includes managing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat and other social media and social networking platforms; responsible for all outcomes with minimal to no supervision necessary
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and partner agencies
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the clients and is responsive to all client requests and inquiries
  • Responsible for daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions and bid management
  • Understand clients' brands, structure and industry as well as understand client project goals and work collaboratively  to achieve results
  • Manage client facing day-to-day communication with client contact for all things Paid Social, including best practices, presentation decks and assisting with strategy plans, in conjunction with other channels and team members
  • Develops and maintains accurate project plans to update clients on status of campaigns
  • Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations for clients and colleagues regarding Paid Social strategy
  • Tracks and reports on campaign results, data analysis and participate in weekly calls
  • Responsible for all tactical execution and campaign audit
  • Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget
  • Effectively prioritize efforts based on client goals and objectives  
  • Audit, review and analyze reports, lead optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives and performance; draw critical insights from data and make specific recommendations
  • Consistently look for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to iProspect success
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, drive them to completion and deliver excellent, timely results
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, the ability to work autonomously while simultaneously collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong client and team leadership qualities, contributes to company’s thought leadership on industry topics
  • Understand iProspect vision and articulate strategy  to clients and staff
  • Work collaboratively to execute clients' strategic plans and provide best in class marketing solutions

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in prior Paid Social roles, with a deep knowledge of biddable platforms, and curiosity about evolving social channels, and the ability to make credible recommendations to clients that further their business objectives
  • Experience with Facebook FMPs, Facebook Power Editor or other Paid Social tools; Twitter Native Ads UI - Twitter Flight School Certification is beneficial

Qualifications

  • 1 – 2 years’ experience in a digital agency setting;  Paid Social experience is a must, Paid Search experience is a plus
  • Must have experience managing large scale, complex Paid Social campaigns, inclusive of Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Snapchat, and Instagram, etc.
  • Demonstrated decision making and independent judgment 
  • Understanding of integrated digital performance marketing  services such as Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management and Display Marketing
  • Ability to work autonomously with high levels of integrity and self-motivation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
