We're looking for Corporate Recruiter for our growing engineering team. If you're a recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent, this role is for you.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnerships and candidate advocacy
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
- Find, engage and activate passive candidates
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers
- Regularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders
- Understand and promote the company and its benefits
- Proactively contribute to the continuing development of the recruiting process and resources
- 5+ years recruiting ideally SaaS or Information technology
- Have experience working with a distributed team in a remote capacity.
- Experience recruiting for multiple departments and niche skill sets
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
- Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit
- Solid tech and industry knowledge
