Mission

This newly created Sales Operations - Go To Market Analyst position will play an integral role in our dynamic Sales Operations department.  

As an Analyst, you'll provide centralized support across the full Customer Facing Team business. You'll provide key management support on scalable business operations. Areas of focus will include business planning and tracking, quarterly priority setting and tracking through the year, and executive support (e.g. contributing to updates and communications for CFT leadership).

Sales Operations is the global team that makes sure InVision’s complex and ever-evolving business runs smoothly. Experts in leading process improvements and consistency, team members are analytical and strategic with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. They develop global initiatives and set high-level goals to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Customer Facing Teams teams to build, track and execute on business plans.
  • Manage executive reporting - create dashboards, manage KPI tracking, identify insights and provide recommendation on how to improve business performance with limited guidance.
  • Architect analysis to support business decisions as needed. Drive analytical foundation of cross-team strategic workstreams.
  • Evolve organization design; identify key areas to optimize, recommend changes and implement.
  • Manage and drive select key business accelerating initiatives as determined by the GCAS leadership group.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business-oriented field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience working with SQL and data-queries.
  • Experience working with spreadsheet and presentation suites.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience operating and working with cross-functional programs.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical capabilities, with impeccable business judgment.
  • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in management consulting, investment banking or internet/media.
  • Reporting
    • KPI/scorecard reporting: Build regular sales channel/vendor metrics and reporting for Sales & Marketing that drive performance accountability and help shape our teams’ business strategies
    • Support reporting and analytics: sales pipeline, sales force effectiveness metrics; bookings data, key performance metrics, dashboards, sales org. chart/headcount reports etc.
    • Report generation, metrics tracking, and on-going analytics.  Maintain and fine-tune current monitoring statistics and KPIs.  Identify operational and performance metrics to measure sales performance, maintain data quality, and drive reporting accuracy
