Product Manager 2 - Marketing Technology

Overview
Under the direction of the Group Product Manager for Marketing Technology, this role will drive a key part of the commercial operations technology strategy for Intuit's Small Business & Self Employed Group.

As Product Manager, you will lead the team in developing the strategy, prioritization, and delivering detailed, crisp business requirements for the QuickBooks.com web platform, which includes content management, rendering and publishing workflows. You will work side by side with a talented team of software developers, experience designers while partnering closely with senior leaders in a dynamic environment. Working backwards from our customers and partners, you'll own making strategic decisions, building product roadmaps, and drive the day to day product development schedule from design through release, own the product life cycle.
Responsibilities

  • Define a bold vision and strategy for a the QuickBooks.com web platform to support delivering on Intuit's Small Business & Self Employed growth plan.
  • Provide deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior, platform performance and identify opportunity areas.
  • Partner with QuickBooks first use team to create seamless experiences from the landing page through sign in to Quickbooks ecosystem experiences.
  • Gain alignment with leadership and marketing team marketing, define a roadmap to achieve and lead execution.
  • Build and own a quarterly rolling 12-month roadmap to deliver on marketing objectives.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology synergies are understood and leveraged.
  • Engage with multiple business stakeholders to ensure all product needs are captured, most importantly across the other scrum teams.
  • Write high quality user stories, using an agile approach.
  • Provide deep analysis of customer and site analytics to understand behavior, platform performance and identify opportunity areas.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of Product Management experience with emphasis on driving customer conversion across web and mobile experiences.
  • Solid web technology understanding; HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience working with Java development technology or other back-end development technologies
  • Expertise in experimentation design and measurements.
  • Experience working with customer data platforms, tag management platforms, data management platforms, customer experience analytics platforms, web analytics tools and customer feedback platforms; specific experience with at least some of the following required: Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ClickTale, Adobe Audience Manager
  • Experience defining, owning, and managing a product roadmap
  • Experience serving as product owner for a scrum team, managing scrum ceremonies and constantly seeking to educate the team on product strategy and roadmap
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, communication and negotiating skills are a must
  • Experience in matrixed organizations; able to drive results through collaboration and influence
  • Passionate about building great products, innovation and solving complex customer problems
