We’re looking for someone who is passionate about Intercom and is excited to tackle new challenges head-on. What will I be doing? 🚀

  • Be an internal expert on turning top-of-funnel email submissions into sales-ready leads by building engaging and targeted messaging campaigns, with particular focus on user segmentation
  • Scale messaging campaigns across different lead sources (such as webinars, events, content, etc.) and across the prospect’s journey, with the goal of improving conversion rates through the funnel and impacting lead to revenue conversion rates. This includes writing targeted messaging copy, setting up messaging flows and monitoring and optimizing performance
  • Collaborate with sales on lead hand-off and routing, ensuring the best possible experience for our prospects
  • Support our outbound webinar program by managing promotion and follow-up campaigns, with an eye towards improving registration volume, attendance rates and webinar ROI
  • Help us build out our account based marketing program and execute on tactical ABM initiatives

What skills do I need? 📖

  • 2-4 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Strong writer, with demonstrable experience creating compelling marketing copy
  • Experience creating, deploying and optimizing complex email marketing and nurture campaigns
  • Ability to work cross functionally within marketing and with technical and operational partners
  • Experience with Marketo or similar marketing automation software
  • Clear, thoughtful, and organized communicator
  • Super organized and ambitious
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Passion for technology and genuine curiosity about products
  • Self-starter attitude and a bias towards action
