Job Description
Working embedded in a team of Si-verification experts, you will be responsible for extending characterization capabilities and measurement routines of the probers in our development lab ( manual single sample/bare die characterization, not working on the assembly line)
Furthermore, you will have to deal with the measurement challenges of IP/ foundational IP and technology structures and circuitry in most modern silicon technologies.
For this position we are looking for students in Munich area who can work 20 hours per week besides their studies.
Qualifications
You are preferably in your master studies in physics, electrical engineering, computer science or similar.

Required skills:
- Basic knowledge of advanced CMOS technology, analog and digital circuitry
- basic Si characterization know-how
- Measurement and programming skills: GPIB bus programming with e.g. visual basic for PEL / ICCAP ; MySQL know-how is a plus
- Analytical thinking, endurance and willingness to solve upcoming unforeseen challenges;
Languages: English on technical level, German is a plus
