Verification Architect/ Principal Engineer Verification
Principal Engineers at Intel are active technical leaders inside and outside the company. Activities include participation in major industry and academic conferences, voting membership in international standards committees, generation of patents and technical papers. Note This job code can only be assigned if an employee has participated in an official Technical Leadership Program (TLp) nomination process for his/her business group. An employee's manager must confirm participation in TLp nomination process prior to job code assignment.
Minimum skills and experience:
Master in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 18+ years working experience.
Experience in working on microprocessors/asics as Verification Technical Lead
Extensive experience in defining and implementing functional verification methodologies(formal, power aware verification, coverage etc.)
Knowledge of developing verification testbench and infrastructure both in simulation and emulation
Have experience in debugging complex infrastructure, SW and RTL design issues
Experience developing verification scoreboards and content collateral using UVM/C++/System Verilog
Knowledge of C/C++/Scripting languages
Preferred skills and experience:
Knowledge of RTL coding (VerilogHDL/VHDL)
