Job Description
1. Ecosystem Enabling
a. Identify opportunities for semiconductor equipment and materials in the Indian ESDM ecosystem that can be enabled through support of Intel
b. Engage with stakeholders across materials and equipment companies, Government and Intel to develop local sourcing and eco-system development proposals
c. Work closely with industry associations, trade bodies etc. to create the right forums for engagement with the ecosystem and key stakeholders
d. Obtain the support from external ecosystems (China, Taiwan, US etc) to work with the Indian ecosystem by working with supply chain professionals in those ecosystems.
e. Develop proposals and execution plans with appropriate business case for sustainable manufacturing of IT Hardware products in India

2. Program Management
a. Take end to end ownership for g programs and work closely with suppliers, customers and Intel business units to ensure success of the program and achieving program milestones.
b. Lead the selection and evaluation of ecosystem partners for each program by conducting supplier visits, audit, implementing evaluation scorecards and enabling decision making.
c. Drive the commercials for the program including negotiations, SOW creation, PO release and day to day management of the program.
d. Handle multiple programs across different system and component areas of interest to Intel.

3. Supplier Management
a. Develop an India supplier network for Intel covering chemical, materials and semicon equipment in India and internationally
b. Collaborate with supply chain engineering team experts to evaluate the competencies of suppliers in the above areas as applicable for Intel's semicon manufacturing needs
c. Organize regular supplier reviews covering cost, quality, availability, technology and sustainability targets.
d. Support NPI at suppliers and drive smooth handover to scaling phase.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or business.
2. 12 years working experience in semiconductor sourcing and supply chain development.
3. Good understanding of business and relationship building with eco-system in the semicon space.
4. Strong leadership skills and experience of working within cross function teams.
5. Strong influencing skills to internal and external partners.
6. Experience in handling commercial negotiations, contracts, SOW's desirable.
