Sr. HR Business Partner
HR generalist independently support multiple R&D groups of Intel.
Lead and partner with business leaders to develop & execute people strategy to enable the business growth, incl. driving culture building, organization diagnosis, org & talent planning, organization stand up, leadership development, workforce capability growth, employee relations, change management, etc..
Work collaboratively with HR CoE partners to provide people solutions end to end to attract, reward, develop the right talents, workforce.
Coach, mentor and/or advise employees at all levels to help drive growth and development.
Work closely with corporate HR leaders, business leaders locally and globally to implement corporate human resources policies in the client groups, incl. pay review, performance management, etc..
Bachelor degree or above
5 years of experience in HRBP role with proven track record supporting senior business leaders
Ability to build strong relationships, earning the confidence and trust of senior managers and team members.
Strong understanding of a range of HR disciplines including compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, employee development and employee relations.
Able to confidently make and implement HR decisions in a dynamic, fast paced, high volume and often ambiguous environment.
Experience and track record in delivering creative solutions to HR/people related challenges.
High level of self-motivation. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
Result oriented, ability to navigate through the gray and drive results quickly.
Team player with a strong track record of delivering through working closely with both senior stakeholders and internal HR colleagues across multiple country locations.
