Software Engineer - Graduate Intern

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a nonexempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.
In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will also have:
- Good communication skills, written and verbal.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Candidate must be pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
6+ months of experience with:
- X86 architecture, microprocessors, and computer system architecture.
- Software debug.
- C/C++ programming and Python/Perl/Bash scripting.
Availability for 12 months internship.
3+ months of experience with:
- Developing in Linux drivers.
- Developing and debugging code in the Linux using gdb.
- Version control tools like Git in a Linux environment.
- Validation in post-silicon environment.
