Job Description
Intel's Sales and Marketing Group is looking for interns to join our team. SMG is collectively responsible for driving the accelerated adoption of Intel technology. You will work in an innovative, fast-paced environment with experienced sales and marketing professionals.
You will have exposure to many of the aspects of SMG's functions. These typically include:
The development and delivery of Intel's overall marketing strategy, collateral digital marketing and social selling, communications, activating campaigns and advocating for Intel's product portfolio.
You will be working with managers and staff on projects that will impact Sales Strategy, Coverage, Digital Studio Strategies and Data Analytics.
These projects would help drive decisions impacting our sales teams' ability to deliver results.
You would interact with Account Managers and Technical Applications Engineers to learn how we establish and grow profitable relationships while competing in a highly diverse ecosystem of products and components.

- Understanding of sales cycle and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of Sales CRMs Salesforce.com, etc and their role in the Sales Process.
- Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and a working knowledge of broader PC market drivers and trends.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrolled and pursuing a BS degree in Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Minimum GPA: 3.0
- Must be able to work full-time at the Intel campus during the specified dates
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ months of knowledge or experience with:
- Understanding of sales cycle and marketing strategies.
- Understanding of Sales CRMs Salesforce.com, etc and their role in the Sales Process.
- Familiarity with Intel Architecture products and customers and a working knowledge of broader PC market drivers and trends.
- Proven experience engaging with and supporting customers.
- Proven experience of Excel/Access, including the use of pivot tables, advanced logic functions, and other complex formulas.
