SERDES Phy IP - Logic Architect
The architect will be responsible to oversee PHY logic architecture. He/she will drive the partitioning of logic versus analog circuits, clocking and interfaces. The architect will be responsible for the system interfaces and interaction with subsystem, controllers and SOCs. Principal Engineers at Intel are active technical leaders inside and outside the company. Activities include participation in major industry and academic conferences, voting membership in international standards committees, generation of patents and technical papers. Note This job code can only be assigned if an employee has participated in an official Technical Leadership Program (TLp) nomination process for his/her business group. An employee's manager must confirm participation in TLp nomination process prior to job code assignment.
- BS/MS in computer science or electrical engineering and 10+ years of direct relevant experience.
- Experience in PHY design and architecture spanning High Speed serial IOs and parallel IOs spanning protocols like PCIe, USB or Ethernet phys
