Developing the Physical design runsets for Intel process technologies is the primary job functions. Understanding the Design reference manuals, developing the specs, aligning with REB book content owners is the core job. Taking these specs and developing the rundecks in ICV and/or Calibre tools is the job duties. Development of LVS, DRC, ANT, DENSITY runsets and deploying to Intel wide customers on Intel manufacturing technologies is the daily job requirement. Strong leadership skills and directing the junior engineers on regular basis is the job scope
BS or MS in Electrical/Electronic engineering. 4-5 years of experience is required in the physical design/ verification is required. Good experience in developing the physical rule runsets in ICV/Calibre is very much required, with 2-3 years of experience in submicron technologies. Exposure to multi foundry technologies from TSMC, Samsung, Global and other competing foundries is very much desired. Strong technical content expertise and managing the stakeholders is expected. Intel technology exposure from the past experience will be a real plus.
