RF Test Architect

MPE (Manufacturing & Product Engineering) is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel's revenue. MPE MDNA is responsible for test development for Data Center in Xeon Networking & 5G product segments.
The MPE MDNA organization is seeking for an Industry RF test leader to own MPE RF test architecture/strategy, technically leading critical 5G RF product execution and debug resolution to support Intel 5G RF roadmap. This is a very hands-on and highly technical individual contributor role.
The RF Technical Lead responsibilities include the following:
Define and enhance RF test methodologies through a variety of pre- and post-silicon tasks to make manufacturing development a competitive advantage to Intel.
Create, define and develop RF test plan, environment and test suites for best-in-class yield, DPM and test costs to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.
Interact closely with Design & Technology Development, influencing product definition, implementation and validation, as well as process development feedbacks for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of RF integrated circuits.
Responsible for the development technical direction of RF test plans, test content and sequences. Lead resolution of critical debug.
Mentor and guide junior product development engineers to build RF talents within MPE.
Candidate must posses a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
At least 12+ years of experience with:
- Silicon test development
- Product Development Engineer role or similar areas in silicon testing.
- RF test industrial experience
Proven track record in RF test development.
Hands-on test development experience and high-proficiency using industrial RF test methods, tools and equipment.
Proven track record of developing complex test solution and collaterals quickly and solid debug skills across pre-silicon and post-silicon, on simulation, tester and/or bench.
In-depth understanding of RF & 5G communication architecture, protocols and test methods.
Being able to lead from the front on technical aspects
Technically represent the team in various senior management reviews and be accountable for making technical decisions for the program.
Cultivates and reinforces appropriate group values, norms and behaviors.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills including written test plans and presenting to live and virtual audiences.
