Job Description
ROC (Remote Operations Center) Manufacturing Technician runs factory tools from a remote workstation. You will be in a fast paced and challenging environment running a workstation that is associated with all wafer movement for all processes in all of our Ocotillo Factories. Primary responsibilities include, running product in safe and qualitative manner, multi-tasking, following procedures while executing to output goals, utilizing multiple computer applications to run tools inside the factory, delivering a clear and concise pass down to peers, resolve sustaining issues, and improve workstation performance through lean initiatives. You will communicate with people in different levels of the organization including module technicians, managers, engineers, and others as needed. You will need to follow, comprehend, and complete verbal and written instructions and procedures.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Military experience and/or Associates Degree in a STEM field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience identifying problems, forming solutions, and executing step-by-step troubleshooting procedures
- Position requires spending time at a workstation standing or sitting
- T he candidate must possess the unrestricted right to work in the US. This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong emphasis on multi-tasking: Monitor screens of detailed information and maintain focus while working in fast paced and rapidly changing environment; Manage competing priorities and taking direction from multiple stakeholders to execute a concise plan
- Moderate level computer skills, spreadsheets, email, hardware, automation systems troubleshooting
