Regional Partner Communications and Programs Manager

Job Description
The candidate will have duo responsibilities of partner program development as well as communications management.

For the responsibilities on program development, this candidate will help drive the strategies and objectives behind establishing Intel's new Partner engagement program and framework - "Intel Partner Alliance" - with HQ and local teams. This candidate would help shape the development of key elements behind the program design across different partner types, run the administration of the program so that Intel can develop its influence in the channel ecosystem for all Intel's major business units and their respective business goals.

This candidate will also design and manage communications strategies and implement them to support and achieve business objectives with partners. This candidate will manage content with HQ and program/campaign owners to ensure business information for the different businesses will be communicated through specific e-formats, for different Partner member tiers and specialties statuses. This candidate will also drive sales campaigns through analysis to work on specific customer sets to invite interest, based on business requirements and objectives. The candidate would be building and using different platforms and processes to strengthen our online interaction with the Partners and this candidate will drive the new design and implementation of digital coverage with smart analytics/AI/algorithms with HQ team, to better support and understand our Partners, in driving business results.


1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree, with min. 7 years' working experience. Experience in working with channel ecosystem partners in tech sector and knowledge of their business models being an advantage.
2. Experience in pre-sales planning, in crafting and delivering desired value proposition to win influence and sales.
3. Business acumen with ability in business analysis and have implemented methods of finding opportunities and follow-through to realize specified business objectives with customers. Sales experience will be an advantage.
4. Ability to think through and manage with stakeholders in go-to-market design and implementation of programs/campaigns.
5. Self-starter, high level of initiative and self-motivated with strong ability to collaborate, within a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
6. Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
