Job Description
As Manufacturing Product Development (MPE) engineer, you will need to work closely with designers to define and code DFT (design for test) features to provide maximum test coverage for the chips. You will need to create test/validation plans to validate the DFT and test contents (parametric, fuse, digital, analog, power performance and system contents) in simulation models at pre-silicon stage to achieve "bug-free performance" for post silicon.

You will need to code test methods to provide the most optimized test solutions which give the most test coverage and least test time. Another major responsibility is to convert test contents from simulation vectors to different tester formats, and integrate into test programs for ATE and system testers. The engineer also needs to characterize the silicon against the design/customer/electrical specifications to guarantee enough circuit margin.

In this position, MPE engineer is also responsible to create and integrate test program to build a HVM (high volume manufacturing)-manufacturable test programs for ATE and system to perform post sil debug, characterization, and silicon screening before deliver to customers. MPE engineer is also responsible to debug any post silicon design, yield and customer return issues, and drive for design/process/test coverage improvement. You will also need to bring the product health to meet industry benchmark in terms of quality and cost for high volume manufacturing"

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field.
General knowledge, personal skill, and working experience to be considered as hiring:
- ATE tester operation and test pattern generation
- Statistics and Data Analysis Skills and Data Visualization
- Semiconductor industrial, possess semiconductor HVM manufacturing process flow knowledge
- Possess strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving and influencing skills
