Partner Manager - SI

Job Description
The Partner Manager will be responsible for the effective management of Intel's relationship with some of the key Systems Integrator (SI).
The person is responsible for facilitating and driving business synergies across all BUs of Intel & SI.

Detailed description of the role:

Build a business & revenue plan with select Global SI's from India for driving innovative IA-based solutions that deliver strong business results for their customer business, also influencing the internal consumption requirement within the SIs. Break this down to achieve revenue as well as build a scalable relationship.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and evangelizing and winning architecture decisions - spanning client, server, edge devices, IoT, security, big data & Cloud- in targeted accounts by offering unified, cohesive solutions based on products and services from Intel and fellow travelers.
Work with the Technical and Architect teams within the SI team to identify the Go to Market solutions required.

Work with the Marketing organization of the SI organization and with Intel to develop strong Demand Generation activities.

Develop governance metrics and monitor regularly to ensure that joint objectives are met.

Qualifications

Individual with 10-15 years of solutions sales with minimum 5-6 years' experience in managing key Global Indian SIs with a successful track record delivering the key business outcomes. Specific working knowledge of solution-based selling would be essential
• Strong business and technical acumen required, an MBA would be an advantage.
• Comfortable with risk-taking and hungry to succeed in a fast-moving business environment.
• Ability to excel as an empowered individual contributor and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and results orientation
• Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization, across business groups, cultures and time-zones
• Flexibility and can-do spirit, ready to travel as required.
