Ireland/Israel Construction Materials and Equipment Supply Chain Manager

Job Description
The Facilities Materials and Services (FMS) supply chain organization is currently seeking a fast paced, high energy experienced leader with a strong supply chain management and construction background to fulfill a critical leadership role as the site supply chain manager for all construction materials & equipment on the Ireland site and Israel Site.

The successful candidate will be very adept at broad stakeholder management, quickly establishing high trust and credibility with key partners and able to navigate the FMS support environment with ease and velocity. In this role, the site supply chain manager will:

o Be the materials and equipment supply chain interface in Ireland and Israel for site construction project teams and stakeholders
o Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple programs, projects, teams, and stakeholders.
o Provide oversight of materials and equipment commodities in service of the Ireland site and Israel Site.
o Active representation and partnership at multiple project meetings as the single voice for the FMS Materials & Equipment end to end supply chain
o Have a beat on key issues and escalations and proactively communicate issue, status, and help needed
o Work closely with the Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) project leads and the external general contractors as needed for exceptional supply chain support of site construction projects
o Fearlessly accept ownership to drive resolution of materials and equipment issues or delays
o Escalate as appropriate to drive resolution in addition to holding others accountable
o Connect with peers in similar roles to share BKMs and methodology to drive improvement and efficiency through the Construction supply chain
o Identify and develop new strategies to implement systemic and sustained supply chain changes.

The Successful candidate must be able to support expected travel to be onsite up to 50% of the time on the Ireland and Israel sites.

This role relies on a strong construction related supply chain management background coupled with program management as well as strong leadership and communication.

o Strong end to end supply chain acumen and experience setting and delivering supply chain strategy
o Ability to quickly establish high trust with key stakeholders and re-define engagement and escalation model
o Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and ability to effortless juggle multiple competing priorities
o Disciplined planning and management of deliverables to meet objectives and deadlines
o Influencing stakeholders, partners, and external suppliers to drive alignment of expectations and accountability
o Proactive risk identification and risk management.
o Quick learner able to build business acumen in support nuances of each project.
o Easily able to navigate commodity and program support to lead efficient issue resolution
o Ability to develop solid technical understanding of materials and equipment purchased
o Monitors the cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at the best value

Qualifications

o Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or Engineering.
o 10+ years of related experience in supply chain management, commodity management, contracts management, or construction project management.
o Must be grade 09 equivalent level of experience

Preferred Qualifications:
o A Master's degree in one of the above disciplines is a plus
o Demonstrated capability in managing complex projects and/or plans that involve multiple stakeholder groups with aggressive timelines
