Intel Programmable solutions group (PSG) builds next generation state of the art Intel FPGAs and software stack.
The Cloud and Enterprise Acceleration Division (CEAD) within Intel PSG is looking for an exceptional FPGA Acceleration Software Engineer. As a part of System Solution Engineering (SSE) team within CEAD you will use your skills to build the next generation novel research and development project related to database infrastructure, cloud security, encryption, distributed acceleration, etc. In addition, you will gain great insights into heterogeneous computing languages like Intel OneAPI, OpenCL, etc.
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, military training, and/or work experience.
- 2+ years of experience with C/C++ coding for hardware with a Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or related field (a Master's Degree with internship or 1+ year of experience will also be considered)
- 3+ years of heterogenous computing languages like OpenCL, CUDA, and/or OneAPI
- Experience with RTL languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog)
- Experience with system level integration and bring-up
- Experience with FPGA Architecture
- Experience with Algorithms and data structures
