Job Description
This is a commissioned sales position.
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of Intel's datacenter product portfolio (and possible other product portfolios) including product roadmaps and other adjacent technologies in conjunction with core system components
- Managing customers from a technical perspective with delivering product presentations
- During customer's product design, responsible for design assistance including on-site visits to review designs, examine customer problems and provide suggestions on optimal ways to use Intel products
- Assisting customers throughout the development cycle, providing product sampling to ensure completion of successful testing and design of products
- Managing relationships between Intel and customers by establishing networks with key individuals at covered/supported accounts
- Providing timely feedback to internal Business Units on product and strategy to maintain success
- Identifying and developing new opportunities within accounts
- Sharing your knowledge and findings with the team, enabling collaboration across organizations
- Delivering product demonstrations and executing benchmarks to show product capabilities and ease-of-use
- Gathering information about the most innovative trends and requirements and feeding them back to Intel product planners and developers to make sure our partner's voice is heard
- Providing training and account strategy support for distributors and internal sales teams
- Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate technical strategy
- Communicate strategies to the appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination
- Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of technical experience in IT or related field
- Knowledge of system level hardware technologies such as microprocessors, networking, embedded, and IoT are a plus
- Self-starter, team-player, highly motivated with a challenger mindset who demonstrates high standards of personal integrity
- Strong technical acumen and business aptitude
- Strong spoken and written English
- Ability to present strategic technology topics in front of customers
- Ability to take large complex problems and propose solutions
- Proficient use of Microsoft office suite applications
