BS/MS degree in electrical / electronic engineering with 15 years of relevant hardware experience
Experience in High speed board design, Signal integrity and power integrity is must
Hands on experience developing server class motherboards based on Intel x86 processor chipsets is desirable
Candidate must demonstrate in depth knowledge of all aspects of commercial HW development including memory interfaces, power distribution and VRM, signal integrity, Power Integrity, HW Verification and testing.
Detailed knowledge of the interface technologies like DDR, PCIe, UPI, etc.
Test and qualification strategies for high speed boards including high speed interfaces, memory, etc.
Good understanding of Design for Cost, Quality, Manufacture and Test
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical ability, proven problem solving
Candidate will need to be confident, enthusiastic and self-driven
Proven experience in owning end to end product development is a must
Should have led multiple HW/board/System design projects
Demonstrated experience in building and managing Engineering teams
Experience in working with and managing ODMs is highly desirable
