Customer Business Analyst

Job Description
You will be responsible for end-to-end customer management from demand forecast collection to fulfilment. This includes proactive analysis of demand, supply, rebate and revenue forecast with internal stakeholders including account team, Finance, factory, credit team and external customer to exercise influence for better alignment and optimize supply. You will require to conduct business analysis from various dimensions incl retail market, end customers pipeline inventory and competition activities to facilitate accurate revenue and demand forecast management.
Account/product vertical owner to support new business growth of APJ customers in Japan.
Revenue owner responsible to provide accurate revenue update and engage with field sales and customers.
Drive and execute supply chain programs included VMI hub, consignment and X-dock delivery models
Perform daily operation tasks including customer demand fulfillment, order management, delivery and RMA management, etc.
Drive tactical demand forecast accuracy and gain alignment through effective collaboration on supply, production plan, inventory, consumption, sales out data and product strategies
Utilize and support continuous improvements for system, business process, tools, reports and drive effective supply chain model

Qualifications

- University graduate
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Be customer oriented, team player and fast learner.
- Ability to manage multitasking and to work in a dynamic and changing environment independently.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese and English. Japanese speaking is a MUST.
Expected to become proficient with SAP and tools used to assist managing business.
High proficiency in PC and hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and Powerpoint.
