? Conducts Intel's market pricing process including 3rd party survey data management, peer list development, job matching and survey data analytics.? Maintains Intel's compensation structures through collaboration and coordination with regional compensation leads and consultants? Maintains data models, updates process documentation and owns managing & updating market pricing data and pay structures.? Analyzes and reports on Intel's pay competitive position, highlighting opportunities and monitoring industry trends.? Collaborates across the global compensation analyst community in a way that builds trust in the data, processes and outcomes.? Builds and publishes data visualization reports using Power BI for the global consulting community.
Technical expertise in compensation: Experience in compensation benchmarking, market pricing, survey and vendor mgt, process standardization & compensation analytics. Experience with PayFactors a plus. Customer Focused: The ability to apply judgement when following established processes and standard to make exceptions in order to deliver product and solution that meet the customer needs and best drive the expected business outcomes. Analytics & Data Visualization: Experience creating Power BI and complex Excel modeling files in alignment with pay strategies and outcomes. Project Management: Program & project management skills with demonstrated success in sustaining process management discipline. Communication: Ability to communicate data methodologies & concepts to a broad audience.
