Channel/Partner Marketing Specialist - Korea Country Marketing

In this role the successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize distribution channels or in country routes to market.
Responsible for developing country-specific marketing strategies and local activation of marketing programs with partners.
Works in tandem with Country Marketing campaign managers to identify opportunities to align partners to direct campaigns or demand gen opportunities to amplify their campaigns.
Works in tandem with Account Teams to design and manage large scale marketing programs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, and implementing of marketing programs aligned to strategic objectives. Identifies and amplifies regional marquee workload proof-points.
Leads coordination of demand generation strategies, including the design, production, and activation of integrated campaigns.
Supports strategy, planning and activation of competitive and partner activities at high-priority marketing events.
Tracks and reports performance of co-marketing campaign activities
This job requires strong organizational, negotiation, collaboration and reporting skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.
The candidate will work closely with the field sales team and may be called upon to do market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs.

5+ years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and an MBA.
Demonstrable experience in managing B2B marketing campaigns, working with partners.
Prior Data Center Co-marketing Fund (DCF) experience highly desirable.
Strong digital marketing skills and Data Center business acumen.
Languages:fluent inKorean and English
