Atom CPU Circuit Design Engineer

The Atom CPU Circuit Technology team is looking for highly motivated and technically savvy individual to join our team as Digital Circuit Design Engineer.
Our team is responsible for developing RF, ROMs, SRAMs, timing methodology, library delivery and standard cell characterization for Atom CPU HIP and its derivatives. You will be joining a fast-paced dynamic environment working on circuit design tasks for high performance, low power Atom CPU.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 3+ years of experience in a high-tech company in : - OR - a Masters degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering and 2+ years of experience in a high-tech company in: - OR - a PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering and acquired experience through academic research in:
- Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI)
- CMOS Circuits Design
- Digital Logic Design and Optimization
- Layout and implications on circuit performance
2+ years of experience with:
- Register File, SRAM
- Circuit Design Trade-Off for Power, Performance and Area
- Low Power Implementation Techniques
- Scripting (TCL, Perl, Shell, SKILL)
- Custom Layout
