Job Description
I. Assembly/ Test Process & Equipment Engineering Intern

As an intern, you will get involved in assisting some of the areas mentioned below:
1. Installing, qualifying and put into operation the Assembly and Finish equipment and process.
2. Implementing the process control systems and monitoring the process to detect signals and maintain it within control, so no safety or quality incident occur and performance targets are met. Monitor equipment and process indicators to reduce process variability.
3. Defining maintenance procedures, training manufacturing technicians and partnering with Manufacturing to maintain the equipment with the highest standards. Will use High Precision Maintenance methods to execute and improve preventive maintenance of the equipment. Provide basic and advanced support for troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment including corrective and preventive maintenance.
4. Coordinating, implementing and developing equipment and process improvements in regards to safety, quality and efficiency. Will use lean rules, principle and methods to determine improvement opportunities and develop solutions. Will resolve process problems by applying structured problem methodologies (Model Based Problem Solving, Lean and Statistics).
5. Module critical success indicators and collaborating with other engineering functions in Mfg. process and systems improvements. Owns processing or handling equipment specification.

II. Manufacturing Engineering Intern

1. Drives programs/projects that will improve manufacturing floor and works to advance standards regarding safety, quality, controls, cost and labor productivity.
2. Coordinate improvement through the Virtual Factory.
3. Drive system matching prior to system improvements.
4. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap and execute per plan accordingly.
5. Ensure manufacturing remain ISO compliant to meet safety, quality, quality objectives.
6. Develop system and process to maintain and improve the factory manufacturing production management.
7. Partner with Engineering System to minimize cost of effectively controlled processes.

III. Industrial Engineering Intern

1. Capacity planning, process documentation, and standardization.
2. Tool time process standardization.
3. Time study/Metric Model validation
4. Tool qualification process enhancement.

IV. Technical Training Intern

To assist in VNAT Technical Training with communications media and advertising materials to effectively represent the organization services from training services, marketing and communications to internal/external customers.

Expectation & Functions:
1. Meets with each VNAT Technical Training discipline/group to discuss communication needs.
2. Researches, writes, develop draft of marketing/communication campaigns for VNAT Technical Training that complies to Intel's branding.
3. Where appropriate, arranges for the development of videos and scripts and overviews editing required.
4. May develop and coordinate multimedia packages-newsletters, letters, brochures, video, bulletin board communication.

V. Headcount Planning Intern

1. Support to measure time run from tool/ process from manufacturing teams.
2. Manage human resource allocation for each module/ tool or production line.
3. Support with the planning on headcount and training arrangement of new hires for production.
4. Other related tasks.



Qualifications
I. Assembly/ Test Process & Equipment Engineering Intern

1. 3rd/last year student (Bachelor Degree) in Electrical / Electronic / Automation / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial System Engineering/ Industrial Management or related majors
2. Will graduate in 03/2019 and onwards
3. English communication skills: Basic/Intermediate level
4. Knowledge of data collection and analysis
5. Knowledge on design mechanical part
6. Knowledge of plasma/image processing
7. Computer skills (Visual Basic, Develop Apps, etc.)
8. Knowledge about LEAN or 5S is an advantage

II. Manufacturing Engineering Intern

1. 3rd/last year students studying Bachelor Degree in Industrial System Engineering or related majors
2. Will graduate in 03/2019 and onwards
3. Good oral and writing English
4. Good time management and strong teamwork.
5. Strong problem solving skills with data analysis skills and systematic thinking.
6. Have knowledge or experience about factory and manufacturing.

III. Industrial Engineering Intern

1. 3 rd/last year students studying Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Automation / Mechanical / Mechatronic / Industrial System Engineering/ Industrial Management or related majors
2. Will graduate in 03/2019 and onwards
3. Good oral and writing English
4. Ability to work independently and self-motivated
5. Completion of Capacity planning, Facility and Layout planning or Time study coursework.
6. Passion to learn Lean concept and knowledge of Lean tools for process documentation, standardization and improvement.
7. Proficiency use of Microsoft Excel (Formula, pivot table, macro knowledge) is an advantage.
8. Ability to read AutoCAD drawings

IV. Technical Training Intern

1. 3rd/last year students studying Bachelor Degree preferably with a background on journalism, advertising, or communications. Experience in writing and video editing experience is an advantage.
2. Good oral and writing English
3. With good presentation and analytical skills, plus the ability to handle variety of assignments simultaneously.
4. Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments.

V. Headcount Planning Intern

1. 3th, 4th year student of background Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering
2. Desire to work with data, good skill on data analysis
3. Learnt about observation and production process in university
4. Have experience direct observation all activities of technician in production line is a plus
5. Have experience on lean is a plus
6. Have experience on organizing event is a plus
