Director of Sales

The Institute for Integrative Nutrition is seeking a Sales Director to directly influence the sales and growth of our dynamic organization. The Director of Sales is accountable for selling our Health Coach Training Program via a telesales team, to drive IIN’s growth and revenue projections. This includes the development and execution of detailed sales plans to support the organization’s existing inside sales channel. The Director of Sales will oversee the recruiting, training and development of a highly competitive sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Expertly use SalesForce to manage team’s leads, prospects and opportunities
  • Administer and oversee commission and incentive plan
  • Create sales scripts and selling frameworks that harness team member’s knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Coordinate with marketing team to ensure high volume of leads are supplied and followed-up on quickly and effectively; continually improve conversion ratios
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and hold teams accountable for individual and team results
  • Increase staff sales development through training and mentoring
  • Implement and manage performance driven accountability programs
  • Continually refine and improve sales programs to increase new client acquisition rates
  • Uphold core values of the company

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of developing large, successful tele-sales organizations preferably in a fitness setting
  • A history successful sales in the health and fitness industry
  • A history of building successful sales and sales management teams
  • Dynamic leader and developer of high performing sales people
  • Experience in designing and developing sales systems
  • Ability to respond quickly to challenges and to work under pressure
